The number one seed will face the number three seed in today's Suffolk County Division 1 Individual Girls Tennis Championship. Having two top players square off for the title would normally not be a unique situation, but in this case the top players are sisters. Top-seeded Ester Chikvashvilli and third-seeded Stephanie Chikvashvilli, both of Half Hollow Hills East, will face off at 2:00 today at Smithtown East for the title.

Ester Chikvashvilli advanced to the finals with a straight set 6-1, 6-2 win over fourth seeded Rini Halder of Whitman. Stephanie Chikvashvilli also won her semifinal match in straight sets upsetting second seeded Alexa Goetz of Harborfields 6-2, 7-6.

Hills East will also be represented in the Doubles Final as the top-seeded team of Vanessa Scott and Ali Huber will take on the second-seeded team of Olivia Faulhaber and Christina Arniotes of Smithtown East today at 2:00. Both finalists won their semifinal matches in straight sets. Scott and Huber only lost one game as they defeated fifth-seeded Divya Rao and Melissa Archenbaum 6-0, 6-1. Faulhaber and Arniotes playing on their home courts beat Hills Wests team of Lauren Salzano and Dana Han 6-3, 7-5.

In Conference II number one-seeded Karen Serina of East Islip will face second-seeded Paige Liskiewicz of Sayville in today's final at East Islip High School. Serina defeated Hannah Niggemeir of Sayville convincingly 6-2, 6-0 while Liskiewicz survived a three setter with Kayla Reidy of Connequot 6-7, 6-2, 6-3. The doubles final will feature Justina Marku and Shelby Klyne of East Islip playing on their home court against Maddy Ulrich and Kristi Hazelton of West Islip.

Conference III will have a one seed versus a two seed battle in both singles and doubles. Ward Melville's Sabrina Ferretti, the top seed, will face Victoria Makulik of Patchogue-Medford in today's final and the top-seeded duo of Grace Molino and Caitlin Falvey will face the second-seeded team of Kaitlyn Loh and Kelly Napolitano of Middle County. Today's finals will be played at Mount Sinai.

In the Conference IV tournament held at Floyd High School, number one seed Aimee Manfredo of Shoreham Wading River defeated fifth-seeded Emily Fernandez in straght sets 6-1, 60 to reach the final. She will take on second-seeded Jackie Bukzin of Eastport-South Manor. In the doubles final, Daniella Dunphy and Jillian Neubert of East Hampton will take on Kelsey Henn and Lisa Lin of Floyd in the finals. Both won their semifinal matches in straight sets to advance.
