The annual Don Luneburg Golf & Tennis Classic is spearheaded by event Co-Chairs Keith Luneburg and Jesse McCormack to recognize Don Luneburg and his nearly thirty-year commitment to the mission of the EPIC Family of Agencies.  Keith, Jesse, and their families have worked to uphold the tradition of volunteerism and philanthropy started by Don and his wife, Grace.

We are grateful for the support of our EPIC Family Sponsors:  The Dr. Adele V. Deckinger Family Foundation, Inc., M & T Bank, and SK Life Science and our Event Sponsors: FDR Services Corp. and Skaggs-Walsh. We invite you to consider our underwriting sponsorship opportunities.

Serving Long Island communities for over 65 years, the EPIC Family of Human Service Agencies is committed to helping all children, adults, and families reach their fullest potential. The organization comprises three agencies: EPIC Long Island, Epilepsy Foundation Long Island, and South Shore Child Guidance Center.

Our longevity as an organization and our success in improving the lives of so many people throughout the years is a direct result of our planning for changes in the environment, being flexible in our response to the needs of the communities we serve, and expanding our array of services.

Over the years, we have grown from a small support group for parents of children diagnosed with epilepsy to one of Long Island’s leading centers of excellence for providing care, education, support, and clinical services to children and adults with epilepsy, developmental or intellectual disabilities, and behavioral health challenges.

We have 18 residences, located throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties for adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Our Day Habilitation and Community Habilitation programs provide opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to develop new skills, explore interests, become more independent, and socialize in their communities.  The Community Education & Outreach programs are the premier resource for anyone living with epilepsy.  We provide training in seizure recognition and first aid response; advocacy; information and referral; as well as a variety of support groups and workshop presentations.  The EPIC Long Island and South Shore Child Guidance Center behavioral health clinical services for children, adults, and families are located in East Meadow and Freeport, respectively.
